Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect selections or simply no longer wanting the item.
