Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship New Zealand-wide to urban delivery addresses only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We may occasionally offer:

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier company.
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
